Humber Valley United has been an active spiritual and community-oriented centre in the heart of Humber Valley Village since 1953. We explore life’s questions (both big and small) with God’s help, and we provide fellowship and support at times of celebration and sorrow. We believe that every person matters...we care about you!

All are welcome to attend our church to explore life's meaning, to find solace and to participate in taking steps of faith toward Jesus Christ. We recognize that doubts and questions about faith are a normal part of spiritual growth, and we do not claim to have all the answers. We do, however, wish to help you along your journey.

We hope to inspire and nurture Christian discipleship as we follow the teachings of Jesus Christ and serve God. We offer a warm, open-armed welcome to all who visit. We want to make you part of our family, share our time and space with you, and make you feel like you belong here.

Our Beliefs

  • We are inclusive

  • We embrace multi-faith relations

  • We advocate for social justice

  • We take the Bible seriously, but not always literally
